What you will do

• Own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the Specialty Cloud portfolio.
• Translate technical capabilities like Bare Metal and Kubernetes into compelling business value propositions.
• Develop buyer personas, competitive positioning, and high-impact sales enablement materials.
• Lead GTM execution for new products and features, including launch planning and commercialisation.
• Drive customer research, market analysis, and Win/Loss programs to inform the product roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B Infrastructure, Cloud, Hosting, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring PMM professionals and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong technical understanding of Bare Metal, Kubernetes, and virtualisation.
• Experience supporting Sales-Led GTM motions in revenue-focused organisations.
• Ability to build ROI and TCO-based value messaging for enterprise buyers.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Guildford office for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or similarly complex B2B technology environments.
• Curiosity and knowledge of how AI is transforming product marketing and buyer research.
