What you will do

• Perform troubleshooting and proactive maintenance on server equipment located within data centers.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and data center personnel to resolve hardware issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, changes, and issue resolutions.
• Contribute to the development of hardware maintenance processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional IT experience with a focus on hardware support.
• Deep understanding of server architecture and PC hardware components.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues to resolution.
• Basic Linux/Unix knowledge and familiarity with networking concepts (InfiniBand, IP, DNS, etc.).
• Experience with GPU clusters hardware troubleshooting.
• English: Intermediate (B1) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, or Georgia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with equipment from HP, DELL, Supermicro, Gigabyte, Arista, Cisco, or APC.
• In-depth understanding of data center infrastructure and server equipment operation.
• Experience with BASH, Python, and AI for task automation.
