Junior Infrastructure Engineer (Linux)

What you will do

• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access permissions.
• Provision and maintain production servers across bare metal, public, and private cloud environments.
• Handle DNS records, domain registrations, and renewals.
• Configure firewalls and perform regular OS updates to ensure system security.
• Monitor infrastructure, respond to incidents, and resolve requests via Jira.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate routine administration and integrate new services.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of RHEL-based operating systems (CentOS, AlmaLinux).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with bare metal servers, virtual machines, and containers.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure and service monitoring.
• Familiarity with Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Experience with GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Experience with FreeIPA, LDAP, or Google Workspace administration.
