What you will do

• Manage and support infrastructure solutions across a wide range of client environments.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and Group Policy.
• Modernize and secure client IT operations using cloud-integrated systems.
• Handle networking tasks involving VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Document technical environments and strictly follow change management processes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in user-friendly language to clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or MSP roles.
• Proven expertise in deploying and managing Windows Server and Group Policy.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs).
• Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud identity management.
• Familiarity with Linux administration and backup solutions like Veeam or Datto.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Must be based in Serbia.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, LPIC, AZ-800, or MCSE.
• Experience with VoIP systems (SIP, hosted PBX, QoS troubleshooting).
• Experience maintaining a home lab for testing infrastructure and automation workflows.
• Prior experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
