Fullstack Architect/Principal (Contractor)

What you will do

• Design scalable and maintainable fullstack architectures that address performance, security, scalability, and business requirements.
• Lead presales activities, client discussions, RFP responses, solution presentations, and technical proposal development.
• Estimate projects, identify delivery risks, and create realistic technical plans.
• Develop production-ready applications with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and related backend technologies.
• Set technical direction, conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and maintain software quality.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years of fullstack development.
• Expert knowledge of React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience as a technical lead or architect in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js or equivalent backend technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, and REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, Git, and CI/CD.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes orchestration, infrastructure as code, serverless architectures, and microservices design.
• Headless CMS, frontend performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and WCAG experience.
• AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Monitoring, logging, observability, security, OAuth2, JWT, Linux administration, and container registry experience.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent cloud certification.
