Fullstack Architect/Principal (AI) (Next.js/React/Node.js): Designing scalable fullstack architectures and delivering production-ready digital products with an accent on presales, technical leadership, cloud infrastructure, and AI-assisted development. Focus on estimating projects, translating client requirements into technical solutions, and building secure, observable applications with modern testing and deployment practices.

What you will do
- Design scalable and maintainable fullstack architectures that address performance, security, scalability, and business requirements.
- Lead presales activities, client meetings, technical discussions, RFP responses, solution proposals, and project estimation.
- Develop production-ready applications with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and complementary backend technologies.
- Set technical direction and quality standards through code reviews, best practices, testing, and modern development workflows.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability solutions.
- Champion AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude while maintaining engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3+ years of fullstack development.
- Expert proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience as a technical lead or architect in client-facing roles, including presales and technical proposals.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js or equivalent backend technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, and REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with Docker, AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as unit testing, integration testing, CI/CD, Git, and Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Kubernetes orchestration, headless CMS, API-first architecture, microservices, Infrastructure as Code, and serverless architectures.
- Experience with web performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, OAuth2, JWT, secure coding, Linux administration, container registries, and package management.
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent cloud certification.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and their best practices and limitations.
