What you will do

• Design scalable and maintainable architectures for new projects using modern fullstack technologies, ensuring performance and security.
• Lead presales activities, including client meetings, RFP responses, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop robust, production-ready applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js.
• Provide accurate technical estimates, identify risks, and create realistic project plans.
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in fullstack development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js within the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
• Proven experience as a technical lead or architect in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud platform experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1+).
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes orchestration and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) experience.
• Expertise in headless CMS, API-first architecture, and microservices design patterns.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Vercel Functions).
• Frontend optimization expertise (Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility/WCAG).
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification.
