What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and marketing partners to drive adoption of NXP MCU and wireless connectivity solutions.
• Provide full-cycle technical support covering hardware design, software development, and system integration.
• Assist customers in developing solutions for industrial automation, home appliances, motor control, and secure connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and quality issues from development through to mass production.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to help customers accelerate their product development timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Microelectronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of hardware design, embedded systems, and MCU-based application development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Must be based in or able to work in Shanghai (Pudong).

Nice to have

• Experience with RTOS, USB, CAN, Ethernet, and wireless technologies (Zigbee, BLE, Wi-Fi).
• Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals and Edge AI deployment on embedded platforms, including model optimization and inference.
