What you will do

• Perform Drive Electrical and Mechanical Failure Analysis (FA) to identify root causes of failures.
• Design and implement engineering solutions using established techniques and procedures.
• Develop HDD Failure Analysis platforms and data analysis tools using C and Python.
• Engage in web project development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Partner with the Global IT team to continuously improve the FA platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in C or Python programming.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, design, and debugging skills.
• Expertise in data analysis and processing.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be based in Wuxi, China.
