Location: Must be based in Kraków, Poland. Employees work fully from the office with possibility to work remotely occasionally.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack software and device protocol communications.
• Architect scalable and performant solutions to ensure seamless device interoperability.
• Guide the full software development life cycle from requirements gathering through deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Set technical direction and make strategic architectural decisions for the platform.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and architectural coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex projects.
• Advanced object-oriented programming skills, preferably in C#.
• Strong experience with database design, SQL, and backend services.
• Experience in distributed systems, real-time communications, or high-performance applications.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Kraków office.

Nice to have

• Experience in the IoT domain or working directly with hardware devices.
