TL;DR
Software Engineer II (C#/IoT): Developing and maintaining the communication backbone for millions of IoT devices with an accent on scalability, device interoperability, and robust backend solutions. Focus on designing full-stack software, integrating new frameworks, and optimizing the communication between hardware and cloud.
Location: Must be based in Kraków, Poland (Hybrid/Office-first)

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software across various platforms and technologies.
- Research and integrate new tools and frameworks to solve complex technical challenges.
- Manage the full software development life cycle from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Balance speed of delivery with long-term system stability and quality.
- Contribute ideas and insight directly to product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong OOP skills with proficiency in C# preferred.
- Experience with SQL and database design.
- Proven experience writing and maintaining unit tests.
Nice to have
- Experience in the IoT and/or home automation field.
