What you will do

• Develop and deploy scalable solutions within a global Salesforce environment, primarily focusing on Service Cloud, with impact on Sales and Field Service Clouds.
• Implement AI-driven capabilities using Agentforce and Data360 to support the transition to an agentic enterprise.
• Build custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and integrations with key applications including Oracle ERP.
• Lead the advancement of Salesforce coding standards and frameworks and perform technical design and code reviews.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes and enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• 5+ years of hands-on advanced Salesforce development experience.
• Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, and Platform App Builder.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and system integration.
• Experience with Agile project management.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Sales, Service, or Community (Experience) Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience with Copado, Einstein Analytics/Tableau, Azure DevOps, Oracle CPQ, Oracle ERP, Informatica, or Marketo.
• Understanding of Version Control Systems such as Git, SVN, CVS, or Bitbucket.
