Bids Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Manage formal RFI, RFP, and RFQ submissions from intake through submission and award notification.
• Review bid requirements, scope, compliance criteria, and evaluation methodology.
• Coordinate bid kickoff meetings with Marketing, Sales, Contracts, Legal, Pricing, and other stakeholders.
• Align bid strategy, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities across cross-functional teams.
• Prepare bid workbooks covering product specifications, pricing models, and financial data.
• Track milestones, manage deadline risks, maintain response templates and content libraries, and support bid performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development, sales operations, contracts, or a related field.
• Experience with RFP/RFQ processes in a corporate or government contracting environment is preferred.
• Experience entering and maintaining bid or tender records in Salesforce/Alexis.
