What you will do

• Develop and implement category strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize product ranges, pricing, and promotional activities using commercial data.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver successful product launches.
• Present category reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and retail partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Category Management, Product Management, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with business reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
