What you will do

• Develop compelling brand positioning statements and messaging frameworks for new hirify.global products and propositions.
• Act as a brand guardian across the business, reviewing assets to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, social, and product teams to embed brand standards into daily workflows.
• Manage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure brand thinking is integrated early in the process.
• Champion the use of AI tools to enhance brand governance and create on-brand content at scale.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in brand management or brand strategy.
• Proven track record of building brand positioning and "reasons to believe" from scratch.
• Strong copy editing and reviewing skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
• Ability to present brand strategy and rationale clearly to senior leadership.
• Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
