Social Commerce Shark (AI): Managing market-specific affiliate creator cells to drive social commerce performance with an accent on creator discovery, CRM pipeline management, and AI-powered outreach. Location: Must be based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Role requires minimum 3 days per week onsite. No relocation or housing assistance provided.

What you will do
- Map and hunt relevant affiliate creators using AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Review and document high-performing creator content in the CRM to ground selection decisions.
- Execute structured selection processes and manage targeted commission invitations.
- Issue product invitations and maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence with creators.
- Drive posts toward engagement targets and manage performance-based paid amplification.
- Manage the full CRM pipeline and present market learnings to leadership.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Native TikTok fluency and deep understanding of the creator ecosystem.
- Experience managing end-to-end influencer or creator campaigns.
- Strong analytical instincts with experience in social listening and KPI reporting.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to scale outreach or analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience at a social platform, beauty/prestige brand, or high-velocity social commerce team.
- Prior experience with eCommerce seller or affiliate platforms.
