Platform Engineer (AWS/Terraform)

What you will do

• Build shared tools, infrastructure, and automation for all developers.
• Roll out AI tools across development, code reviews, and incident response.
• Create feature flags, canary rollouts, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and optimize AWS, GitHub, Datadog, and Cloudflare.
• Guide squads on managing their own apps using metrics, logs, and SLOs.
• Join domain squads to fix bottlenecks and improve systems.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS (specifically ECS Fargate, RDS, Lambda, or EventBridge) and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of deployment pipelines and system monitoring.
• Comfortable working with application code in Ruby or Python.
• Must be based in the UK, Netherlands, or Remote (Europe).
