TL;DR

Technical Operations Engineer (Cybersecurity): Maintaining and managing the technology stack for Red Team activities to simulate threat actors with an accent on infrastructure support and system administration. What you will do

• Serve as the primary infrastructure point of contact for the EMEA and META regions.
• Provide reactive and proactive infrastructure support to ensure Red Team productivity.
• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux systems while ensuring compliance with IT and security policies.
• Develop and build IaC projects integrated into the larger technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate on system improvements and document evolving infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience maintaining production systems and administering Windows and Linux.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash scripting, and Unix CLI.
• Experience with Cloud services, specifically AWS (CloudTrail, EC2, S3, IAM).
• Knowledge of networking protocols, authentication methods (SAML, OIDC), and systems hardening.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom to provide occasional in-person support in Reading.
• English: C1 proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, LogScale, or Terraform.
• Practical experience deploying C2 infrastructure and redirectors.
• Security community participation as a speaker or tool contributor.
• Interdisciplinary educational background outside of cybersecurity.
