Site Reliability Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage and automate resources using Azure, Datadog, NGINX, and Cloudflare.
• Develop and monitor Kubernetes and Serverless resources using Terraform, Helm, and Go CRDs.
• Design and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting strategies via Datadog, establishing SLIs and SLOs.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows with Azure DevOps, Github, Octopus Deploy, and Flux.
• Lead incident response, including communications, investigations, and post-mortems.
• Collaborate on new application architecture and design to reduce toil and manual work.

Requirements

• Experience managing public cloud environments and proficiency in IaC (specifically Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and templates.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, PowerShell, or Go.
• Background in software development and experience with cloud monitoring solutions.
• Must be based in London for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience building and deploying frontend applications with CodeMagic.
• Knowledge or experience with Google Firebase.
