What you will do

• Define long-term AI visions and design strategic roadmaps and priorities for stakeholders.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for AI engineers and data scientists.
• Lead the execution of AI initiatives, managing the lifecycle from ideation and MVP pilots to production.
• Develop business cases, perform value assessments, and conduct ROI analyses for technology initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI projects deliver measurable results.
• Research emerging AI trends (Gen AI, Agentic AI) to introduce new methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business engineering, computer science, data science, economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in translating business requirements into technology-driven solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI possibilities and limitations, including familiarity with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Databricks.
• Analytical mindset with a strong foundation in statistics and data governance fundamentals.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one national language (French or Dutch).
• Must be based in Belgium to work within the hirify.global Ada center of excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B environments and professional consulting roles.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles, and the EU AI Act.
• Trilingual proficiency in English, French, and Dutch.
