What you will do

• Provide first-line support for users of Microsoft Copilot and internal AI tools.
• Respond to user queries and resolve simple technical issues in a timely manner.
• Log, track, and update support tickets with high accuracy.
• Perform basic service checks to ensure AI tools are running as expected.
• Assist with simple fixes and minor updates under senior guidance.
• Maintain clear documentation of common issues and their resolutions.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in a support, administrative, or customer-facing role.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Must be based in the UK.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to help others.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn new AI tools and technologies.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform.
• Awareness of AI or automation concepts.
• Experience supporting internal business applications.
• Microsoft fundamentals certifications (e.g., PL-900, AZ-900).
