What you will do

• Serve as the strategic technical partner to EMEA leadership, defining how hirify.global fits into AI and modernization portfolios.
• Co-create GTM sales plays and "Working Backwards" outcome proposals to drive deal-level urgency for AI Development Infrastructure.
• Design and deliver workshops, Builder Labs, and interactive demonstration environments to generate pipeline across the EMEA ecosystem.
• Lead technical discovery, PoV scoping, and architecture reviews for high-value partner-attached deals.
• Build AI-powered self-service tools and reference architectures to automate and scale PDE activities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define the joint technical integration roadmap based on EMEA market signals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, or DevRel roles.
• Hands-on expertise designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, with production-level Kubernetes and Terraform depth.
• 2+ years experience deploying or operating AI coding agents in production or near-production environments.
• Proven experience working with channel partners in a co-sell model (GSIs, Hyperscalers, VARs) within EMEA markets.
• English: C1+ required for executive communication and producing high-quality technical documentation.
• Ability to operate with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment, defining processes from first principles.

Nice to have

• Prior Forward Deployed Engineer experience at companies like Palantir or Scale AI.
• Familiarity with European regulatory environments, including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and AI Act.
• Experience with air-gapped deployments and LLM gateway infrastructure (e.g., LiteLLM, OpenRouter).
• Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS.
• Fluency in German, French, or a Nordic language.
