What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end transition of buy-in schemes into the business and the transition from buy-in to buy-out.
• Oversee the data verification and post-sales pricing processes.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance checks on scheme data, collaborating with Operations and clients to resolve issues.
• Develop and own detailed transition plans with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Own and execute the residual risk due diligence process.
• Support the Origination team during external sales presentations and new initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience interpreting and validating Defined Benefit pension scheme data.
• Knowledge of Financial Services & Insurance, specifically pension de-risking, profits, longevity swaps, and investment solutions.
• Proven experience in due diligence processes and transitioning data between pension schemes and insurers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
