What you will do

• Conduct fact-finding, surveys, and interviews to clarify ambiguous business problems and challenges.
• Create actionable execution plans and roadmaps for transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute customized change management plans using frameworks like Prosci to maximize employee usage.
• Perform stakeholder mapping and impact assessments to develop bespoke change approaches.
• Deliver transformation communications, storytelling, and lead engagement through change champions forums.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sponsorship and remove obstacles to delivery.

Requirements

• Professional background in Transformation and Change Management.
• Experience with process improvement or Lean methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model (3 days per week in office).

Nice to have

• Prosci or formal change accreditation.
• Experience with AI adoption.
• Technical background or knowledge of the telecommunications/ESN industry.
• Project management experience.
