What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for options and derivatives trading products from concept to launch.
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and evolving market needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, and compliance teams to deliver successful initiatives.
- Monitor product performance metrics and optimize features based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia
- 3–4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and user behaviors.
- Proven ability to independently drive products from research through launch and iteration.
- Demonstrated experience defining product strategies and prioritizing roadmaps in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of options and derivatives.
- Experience designing or managing traditional stock options trading products.
- Hands-on experience trading options.
