What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for options and derivatives trading products, from ideation to launch.
• Drive product enhancements for options and related derivative instruments on the platform.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's vision and evolving market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing.
• Analyze market data, user feedback, and the competitive landscape to optimize product performance.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in trading, derivatives, or fintech.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Solid understanding of trading products and user trading needs.
• Proven track record of independently driving a product from research through full launch.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading products.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in the options business.
• Experience in traditional stock options trading product design or hands-on options trading experience.
