What you will do

• Design RF electronics and next-generation RF amplifiers for laser excitation systems.
• Develop hardware products from initial concept through to full production.
• Perform RF testing, measurement, characterization, and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Design prototypes and experimental test equipment.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging RF technologies and components.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (MSc advantageous).
• Practical experience in RF development and RF amplifier design.
• Expertise in HF/VHF systems and RF layout/PCB design.
• Understanding of FCC and CE compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with RF plasma power supplies and thermal management.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer.
• Knowledge of simulation tools like ADS, AWR, or Spice.
• Programming skills in Python or C/C++.
• Solid-state RF amplifier design experience.
