Senior Facilities Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage a proactive maintenance program for the studio.
• Manage external contractors, including tendering and reviewing contracts.
• Alongside the Assistant Facilities Manager, manage day-to-day WHS requirements, including preventative management, First Aid, and Fire Wardens.
• Support planned upgrades/works and coordinate studio moves, space utilization, and seating plans.
• Handle maintenance issues and requests, including ergonomic requirements, and provide cover for Facilities Coordinators on the front desk when required.
• Support studio travel requests and assist with internal social events and screenings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar facilities role.
• Experience maintaining facilities in a dynamic working environment, including WHS experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to manage time effectively and continually re-prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, or related equivalent work experience.
