What you will do

• Manage day-to-day London office operations, including leading the reception team and maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee office supplies, logistics, courier services, and relationships with external suppliers and building management.
• Coordinate meeting room preparation and hospitality for executive sessions and customer visits.
• Plan and execute office events, celebrations, and company-wide initiatives like All Hands meetings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements through routine inspections and emergency preparedness.
• Support employee onboarding by managing desk assignments, access passes, and workplace resources.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a busy office, ideally within a fast-paced technology or scaling business.
• Experience leading or supervising a Reception or Front of House team.
• High level of organization with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and workplace management tools.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom to manage physical office locations.
