What you will do

• Define and own long-term product strategies and visions aligned with business objectives.
• Translate executive priorities into clear product roadmaps, investment plans, and execution strategies.
• Lead and mentor senior product managers to create a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Establish product management frameworks, governance processes, and operating standards.
• Partner with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver successful, scalable products.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted prototyping tools for innovation and rapid development.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Platform Leadership.
• 8–10+ years in senior product leadership positions (Director or Senior Director level).
• Proven experience delivering complex products in regulated industries, preferably financial services, lending, or payments.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Demonstrated ability to scale and manage large mission-critical platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
