Product Owner (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Owner (Fintech): Building and owning an internal operating system comprising a company-wide KPI platform, employee directory, and back-office tools with an accent on product strategy, data-driven decision-making, and scalable platform architecture. Focus on designing KPI attribution and reporting systems, building organizational data products, and driving adoption across departments.

Location: Hybrid in London, Bogota, Buenos Aires, or São Paulo, with 3–4 days per week in the office.

hirify.global is an early-stage fintech building infrastructure for seamless cross-border movement of value and a financial application for Latin America.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution of hirify.global’s internal operating system.
• Launch and develop the company-wide KPI platform used by founders, the board, and department leads.
• Build the employee directory, including profiles, organizational charts, KPI attribution, and HR-stack integrations.
• Drive department leads to define, commit to, and report on meaningful KPIs.
• Partner with back-office engineering on schemas and architecture to ensure the platforms scale together.
• Track adoption and usage, then iterate quickly based on internal feedback.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years at a top technology company.
• Founder’s mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and build from scratch.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort working deeply with data and processes.
• Excellent written communication and confidence working with founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Self-directed approach and strong ownership of outcomes.
• Availability to work from the London, Bogota, Buenos Aires, or São Paulo office 3–4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools, BI platforms, or HR-tech products.
• Familiarity with metrics frameworks, dashboards, or organizational data products.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
