Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 USD per hour

What you will do

• Handle incoming technical and customer support inquiries via the contact center.
• Provide efficient troubleshooting for testing systems and chemistry methods.
• Manage customer escalations and negotiate win-win solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical support and cross-functional departments.
• Identify and submit sales leads for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Loveland, Colorado.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Analytical Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, or mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or field service.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with MS Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• BA or BS degree.
• Experience in drinking water, wastewater, or industrial markets.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or Oracle ERP.
• Prior call center experience.
