What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries and technical service support within the Pool Division.
• Diagnose pool and spa equipment issues using technical documentation and system data.
• Guide customers and field technicians through setup, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Manage the full service lifecycle, including scheduling visits and processing warranty claims, RMAs, and parts orders.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and sales teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions within CRM and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must have a background in technical field work within the pool industry or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
