What you will do

• Analyze, transform, and validate data using modern development practices and AI-assisted tools to improve accuracy and delivery speed.
• Identify and implement AI, ML, and automation technologies to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements and present technical recommendations.
• Design and implement data transformation solutions ranging from incremental enhancements to complex enterprise-scale implementations.
• Troubleshoot production and customer issues as part of a rotating on-call support schedule using AI diagnostic tools.
• Participate in peer reviews and technical design discussions to ensure quality, security, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Multiyear experience with data analytics and transformation.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and EventBridge.
• Experience with API design and strong working knowledge of JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Proficiency with Terraform and version control systems like GitHub or GitLab.

Nice to have

• Experience with data validation tools and transformation frameworks.
• Exposure to streaming data pipelines.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
