What you will do

• Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders to improve data quality and support system migrations.
• Design and implement scalable data solutions for complex, fragmented datasets.
• Develop and maintain data validation, governance, and quality control mechanisms.
• Translate business requirements into technical data models and mappings.
• Communicate technical findings and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance development productivity and solve complex data issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Fluent Polish and English (C1+)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python for large-scale data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark in production.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and complex data quality improvements.
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with a global HRIS.
• Experience building data solutions in cloud-based platforms.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Knowledge of process mining and business process optimization.
