What you will do

• Lead the organization in adopting advanced BI tools and modern BI concepts.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of BI processes, including design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with business, data, product, and tech teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide development and business teams on the effective use of reports and alerts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Site Administrator Creator in Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Python and Big Data technologies.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to increase development efficiency.
• Relevant degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of Project Management and Agile methodologies.
