• Gather and clarify requirements from analytics, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Design and evolve DWH architecture, including ODS and Data Marts, with audit requirements in mind.
• Develop and maintain financial data pipelines and incremental data processing workflows.
• Develop and optimize data marts in cloud data warehouse environments.
• Investigate data quality issues and financial discrepancies.
• Maintain technical documentation for audit and data governance processes.

Требования

• Must be based in Poland, Kazakhstan, or Armenia
• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, DWH Engineer, or Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise data warehouses.
• Knowledge of DWH architecture, ODS, Data Marts, and historical data handling.
• Russian language proficiency required
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Basic Python knowledge and Git proficiency.
