What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for permitting and licensing solutions.
• Translate product strategy into actionable user stories and technical priorities using Agile methodologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on government workflows, including permitting, licensing, and inspections.
• Analyze customer feedback, regulatory changes, and market trends to guide product prioritization.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to support product adoption and launches.
• Leverage analytics and AI capabilities to improve product discovery and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, GovTech, or workflow automation.
• Experience with permitting, licensing, or land management government technology solutions.
• Proven ability to convert customer needs into product strategies and prioritized roadmaps.
• Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Understanding of modern web frameworks like Angular or React and UX principles.
• Experience collaborating with Agile teams using Jira.
