What you will do

• Develop and execute activation plans to maximize the value of football sponsorship rights, including the RBFA, Red Devils, and Red Flames.
• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across social media, digital channels, PR, and experiential activations.
• Manage day-to-day partnership operations, overseeing visibility, hospitality, ticketing, and digital rights.
• Act as the central coordinator between Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and external rights holders.
• Manage sponsorship budgets, monitor costs, and define KPIs to measure brand and business impact.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in sponsorship, brand activation, marketing communications, or partnership management.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven track record of translating brand strategy into impactful campaigns and measurable outcomes.
• Strong affinity for sport, specifically football.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and managing budgets.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch and French.
