What you will do

• Explain the business value of Pega’s agentic AI platform, autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, and real-time decisioning.
• Lead discovery sessions, executive presentations, demos, and consultative conversations focused on measurable customer outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients to identify challenges, opportunities, and impactful solution directions.
• Translate complex business challenges into high-level solution approaches and architectures aligned with client priorities.
• Partner with Sales leadership on account strategies, opportunity narratives, and executive messaging throughout the sales cycle.
• Share insights and continuously develop industry, technical, and consultative capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, solution architecture, or client-facing technical presales within enterprise software or platforms.
• Experience partnering with sales teams on deal strategy, value propositions, and customer-specific narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to connect business vision with technical execution.
• Experience positioning automation, AI, decisioning, workflow, CRM, or agentic platforms in an enterprise context.
• Ability to lead client presentations and executive conversations, influence buying decisions, and reason about complex business processes, rules, and data relationships.
