What you will do

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards across construction sites.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor HSE performance, prepare reports, and communicate updates to project and corporate stakeholders.
• Support accident investigations and safety planning in collaboration with subcontractors and clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience within construction, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience conducting HSE audits and training, ideally within ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 environments.
• Fluent English and German required.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments.
