Site HSE Supervisor

Location: Bojkowska 37C, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland; work across construction sites and willingness to travel for project assignments required.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards across construction sites.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments; identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training, site inductions, and safety awareness programs.
• Monitor HSE performance, prepare reports, and communicate updates to project and corporate stakeholders.
• Support accident investigations, safety planning, and collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of HSE experience in construction, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, construction site safety management, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience conducting HSE audits and training, ideally in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 environments.
• Fluent English and German required.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments.
