Monthly gross compensation: PLN 9,583.30–19,966.70

What you will do

• Plan and execute laboratory expansion and remodeling projects to increase capacity and testing speed.
• Manage lab equipment purchasing, installation, maintenance, calibration, and operating procedures.
• Develop test protocols, standard operating procedures, work instructions, test cases, and test data preparation for hirify.global products.
• Lead and support lab technicians and interns, including training on safe equipment use.
• Diagnose product testing and equipment failures, analyze test data, and maintain testing accuracy and consistency.
• Manage lab risks, capital budgets, equipment repairs, and improvements to the test management suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Ideally 4+ years of experience in a similar role and industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical competence, including hands-on work and lab equipment programming.
• Experience with test systems software, equipment calibration, data analysis, troubleshooting, and accreditation requirements.
• Familiarity with mechanical manufacturing processes and fabrication techniques.
• Fluent English and Polish are required.
