Senior EMEA 3PM Metal & Electronics Operations Engineer (m/f/x)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; on-site working model with at least four days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead supplier engagement for new product introduction, scale-up, launches, and change management at hirify.global and supplier sites.
• Support supplier onboarding, assessments, and capital projects addressing capability, capacity, quality, and cost.
• Manage daily supplier operations and resolve urgent quality, delivery, cost, service, and business continuity issues.
• Conduct supplier EHS and process audits, ensure compliance, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve supplier performance, process stability, reliability, and DPPM results.
• Lead continuous improvement, cost reduction, and manufacturing footprint optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in third-party manufacturing, supplier operations, manufacturing engineering, or manufacturing support.
• Strong understanding of third-party manufacturing processes, supplier operations, and supplier performance management.
• Project management, communication, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping, continuous improvement methodologies, and basic financial or statistical analysis.
• CV must be provided in English.
