Monthly gross compensation: PLN 6,433.30–13,366.70

What you will do

• Lead and support problem-solving activities for products and manufacturing processes.
• Perform process validations, in-process inspections, and quality analysis for products and manufacturing operations.
• Support data collection, product reviews, process capability assessments, and cross-functional quality activities.
• Develop and maintain processes aligned with Quality Management System objectives and train employees on QMS requirements.
• Conduct internal ISO audits and prepare First Article Inspection reports.
• Use precision measurement equipment and support calibration activities for inspection and testing tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, process documentation, and use CAD tools.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and coating thickness gauges.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Polish and English communication skills required.
• Experience with computer software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems; M3 knowledge is an advantage.

• Experience with Integrated Management Systems.
