What you will do

• Define and execute end-to-end project plans for R&D and Industrialization, ensuring quality, timing, and specification standards are met.
• Lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in an intercultural environment and matrixed organization.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change processes to ensure delivery within agreed boundaries.
• Oversee project budgets, including CAPEX and product cost control, with transparent financial tracking.
• Provide concise status updates and reporting for senior management and executive-level stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and procedures.

Requirements

• University degree in an engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics.
• Minimum 5 years of proven track record managing concurrent high-value projects (budgets >$1M).
• Fluent English and strong communication skills in German.
• Proven leadership qualities in intercultural environments and matrixed organizations.
• Strong expertise in risk management, change management, and budget planning.

Nice to have

• PMI certification or similar professional certification.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages.
