Scheduler (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6 with subject matter experts and integrate contractor schedules into master programs.
• Define milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements across complex projects.
• Track progress against baselines, identify delays and bottlenecks, and analyze critical path constraints.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align timelines and resolve schedule issues.
• Develop contingency plans, support extension-of-time claims, and provide schedule analysis to mitigate liquidated-damages risk.
• Prepare status reports, progress updates, dashboards, and scheduling documentation while implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6, including resource planning and management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are required.

Nice to have

• Experience coaching teams and non-specialists in scheduling.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis or Oracle Unifier.
• Scheduling certification such as PMI-SP or an equivalent qualification.
