Consumer Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship Programme (Fintech)

Location: London, UK. Hybrid working with office attendance at least two days per week; apprentices are expected to work from the main office most days during the initial settling-in period and throughout the programme.

Salary: £32,000 fixed apprenticeship salary.

What you will do

• Build and manage client relationships across consumer financial services.
• Gain experience across different banking roles and learn banking fundamentals.
• Manage portfolios of banking clients, depending on the assigned team.
• Support strategic planning and system migrations.
• Explore product areas including sustainable finance and market risk.
• Develop skills in relationship management, risk, regulatory knowledge, data analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old on 1 September 2027.
• Have achieved GCSE grades 4–9 in both English and Maths.
• Have a minimum of 96 UCAS points; predicted grades are accepted, but any offer is conditional on successful achievement.
• Currently hold valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Have a visa end date extending beyond the apprenticeship duration of up to three years.
