Our client is a pioneering digital investment platform, backed by leading global and regional investors, on a mission to bring self-directed investing and financial inclusion to the region.
They are looking for a sharp, energetic compliance professional to serve as Compliance Officer & MLRO, reporting to the Senior Executive Officer.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Registered as an Approved Person (COMLRO) with FSRA or DFSA
• 7–10 years' experience in retail brokerage / fintech
• Prior experience with a Category 3A licensed firm
• Strong grasp of AML, KYC/CDD, trade surveillance, and UAE regulatory frameworks
• Comfortable leveraging AI and other technologies to modernise compliance functions
• A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
