📋 Description
- Be the UAE-based point of contact for regulator escalations (Sanadak and AECB).
- Review and submit regulator responses to CBUAE and others.
- Ensure accuracy and timely compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
- On-site role in Dubai; UAE resident with Emirates ID.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years in regulator-facing roles or complaints handling.
- Direct experience with regulator escalations (Sanadak, CBUAE, SAMA) preferred.
- Native or fluent Arabic and strong professional English (written and spoken).
- Strong written communication; ability to draft regulator-appropriate responses.
- UAE resident with Emirates ID; familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools a plus.
