What you will do

• Ensure compliance with SAR regulations and guidelines for UAE FIU and ADGM Rulebook.
• Review and report suspicious activities indicating money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (FCI, Global Sanctions) to improve SAR quality and timeliness.
• Monitor and implement regulatory reporting timeframes as per UAE FIU requirements.
• Support local management in implementing new systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in compliance.
• 2+ years of core SAR writing expertise.
• 3 years of financial institution experience, preferably in the UAE, focusing on AML/transaction monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of suspicious activity regulations and financial crime compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with compliance software and tools.
• Professional certifications in compliance or AML.
