What you will do

• Design and execute inbound sales strategies to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
• Drive lead conversion through effective funnel management and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Build and optimize scalable sales processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and conversion rates.
• Manage the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring full visibility and strict sales discipline.
• Coach and mentor the sales team through data-driven feedback and ongoing development support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to align messaging and lead flows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inbound sales and funnel performance optimization.
• At least 1 year of people leadership experience.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Customer-centric approach with strong empathy and active listening skills.
